Dharman, the official title of Rajinikanth’s Thalaivar 173, is already off to a flying start. Backed by Kamal Haasan and directed by Ashwath Marimuthu, the film has locked its OTT and audio partners even before rolling into regular production.
At the launch event, the makers announced JioHotstar as the streaming partner and Saregama as the music label. Securing the deals ahead of the first look launch and regular shoot speaks volumes about the buzz surrounding the project and the star power behind it.
On the production front, Dharman is set to roll into regular production tomorrow in Chennai, as confirmed by Ashwath Marimuthu. Simran and Raashii Khanna play key roles alongside Rajinikanth, with Anirudh Ravichander on board as the music composer.
