For the past few hours, rumours have been spreading online that Nandamuri Balakrishna and Koratala Siva’s upcoming film, tentatively titled NBK112, has been shelved due to various reasons. The reports have left Balakrishna’s fans concerned, but the latest update from the team offers clarity on the project.
According to the team, there is no truth to the reports of the film being shelved. The project is very much on track, and its regular shoot is expected to begin once Balakrishna wraps up his ongoing film with Gopichand Malineni.
The film was officially launched in Amaravati in June and marks the first collaboration between Balakrishna and Koratala Siva. The makers are planning the project as a pan-India entertainer.
The film is backed by SLV Cinemas and Yuvasudha Arts, with Anirudh Ravichander composing the music. More details about the cast and other technical crew are expected to be announced in the coming days.
