Despite stiff competition in theatres, Ravi Teja’s Irumudi is showing no signs of slowing down. Instead, the film continues to set new benchmarks at the box office, with its ticket sales and collections maintaining strong momentum.
The film has now achieved a remarkable feat at the ticket windows. According to the makers, Irumudi recorded the highest-ever 24-hour ticket sales for an Indian film across BookMyShow and District. While the exact number of tickets sold has not been revealed, the record underlines the film’s exceptional demand.
The Sunday trend on BookMyShow is also encouraging, with more than 22K tickets being sold per hour, setting the stage for another strong day at the box office. With this momentum, the film is closing in on the Rs. 200 crore worldwide mark.
Directed by Shiva Nirvana and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Irumudi features Priya Bhavani Shankar, Baby Nakshathra, Sai Kumar and others in key roles. G. V. Prakash Kumar has composed the music, which has also struck a chord with audiences.
