History has been created by the latest Spider-Man film, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, as it has emerged as the biggest-ever Hollywood grosser in North America with $936 million.

The record was previously held by Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Not even Avengers: Endgame managed to achieve this feat, but Spider-Man: Brand New Day has scripted a new era. After achieving the biggest opening weekend in this territory, Brand New Day displayed strong legs, which made this record possible.

The film stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon, and follows the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021). Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, the superhero entertainer has earned over $2.43 billion, emerging as the third-biggest grosser of all time.
