Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise is back with Digger, one of the most unusual films of his career. Directed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Alejandro González Iñárritu, the film begins its international theatrical rollout on September 30, 2026, followed by its North American release on October 2. In India, the film is also scheduled to release on October 2.
The film has created curiosity for bringing Cruise and Iñárritu together. Cruise also sports a completely different look and plays an eccentric oil billionaire caught in an environmental crisis. Riz Ahmed, Sandra Hüller, John Goodman, Jesse Plemons and Michael Stuhlbarg are also part of the cast.
