Actor Sree Vishnu is back with his latest entertainer, Comrade Kalyan. It has been two days since the film hit the big screens, and word of mouth has stayed largely positive. Directed by Janakiram Marella, the movie features Mahima Nambiar as the female lead.
The makers revealed that the film earned Rs 12.01 crore worldwide across its first two days, with day 2 collections doubling the day 1 tally. Sunday numbers are expected to add up quickly, likely pushing the global gross to around Rs 25 crore. The team is quite happy with how the film is performing at the ticket counters.
The Dasara holidays will easily help Comrade Kalyan keep the momentum alive. Presented by Kona Venkat, the fun drama is produced by Venkata Krishna Karnati and Seetha Karnati. Radhika Sarathkumar, Shine Tom Chacko, Upendra Limaye, and Satya round out the supporting cast.
