Newton’s 3rd Law is a recent Telugu thriller headlined by Sumanth. The movie couldn’t make a strong impact at the box office but had a better reception after its arrival on Netflix. The film’s producer, Harish Kohikar, is now coming up with a web film titled Balu Geetha. During its promotions, he was asked about the failure of Newton’s 3rd Law.

He said, “We make every film with an intention of reaching a wider audience. We couldn’t get the desired appreciation in theatres for Newton’s 3rd Law. It was released opposite Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which was completely an urban film. That was a big jolt for us. Every week there is a huge slate of releases, and that’s why we opted the OTT route for Balu Geetha.”

Jagapathi Babu, Srinivas Avasarala, Neha Pathan, Trinadh Varma, Shelly N Kumar, Ravi Varma and others played vital roles. Written and directed by Rajesh Karna, the film is produced by Mark My Words Entertainments, Celestial Art Studio and VFX Shashwat.
