Allu Arjun, the Icon Star of Tollywood, is set to celebrate his birthday tomorrow. To mark this special occasion, the title announcement along with a new look from his upcoming film will be unveiled, and fans are eagerly waiting to see it.

As everyone is aware, he has joined hands with South Indian hit director Atlee for a film tentatively titled AA22xA6. The project is expected to feature action, sci-fi elements, and much more than anticipated. Since the beginning, there have been no leaks, which is a major achievement for the team. The same level of secrecy has been maintained regarding the title as well. Usually, movie titles get leaked before the official announcement, but this biggie is different, with the team successfully maintaining the suspense.

With the pre-look announcement scheduled for today at 11 AM, a hint about the title might be revealed. Everyone is eagerly waiting to see what it will be. The excitement is in the air, not only among Allu Arjun fans but also movie buffs.

Produced on a massive budget by Sun Pictures, the film features Deepika Padukone as the female lead, while the rest of the cast remains unannounced. Sai Abhyankkar is composing the music for this big-budget entertainer, which is aiming for a summer 2027 release.

Ranbir Kapoor’s Ramayana is set to hit cinemas during Diwali 2026. The film’s teaser was launched recently and received mixed reactions. Produced by Namit Malhotra, the tentpole project is directed by Nitesh Tiwari.

In an interaction with the Hollywood portal Collider, Nitesh revealed that the film won’t be limited to portraying Ravan as a purely negative character and will also highlight his positive traits. He said, “See, Ravana had so many aspects to his life. He was a great warrior, he was an accomplished musician, a scholar, a benevolent king, and a great Shiva devotee. There was so much to him than just being a black character.”

Nitesh Tiwari added, “It’s very important for us to showcase all these bits and aspects of Ravana because there’s a very important lesson which is hiding in them. You can have all these great qualities, but if you are governed by vengeance and if you are driven by ego, then you know what the end result is going to be. There’s a great lesson out there.”

Kannada star Yash plays Ravan in this mythological epic. The film also stars Sai Pallavi, Sunny Deol, and Ravie Dubey in pivotal roles. Both parts will have a combined duration of around six hours, as confirmed by Ranbir Kapoor.

Tollywood writer BVS Ravi made some significant comments about the industry and its lack of planning before a project goes on floors. He firmly stated that the Dhurandhar franchise, which cost ₹260 crores, cannot be made within the same budget in Telugu.

He said, “Dhar shot eight hours of footage. Imagine how hard he would have worked and the amount of research that would have gone into it. How did he convince his producers to spend so much? Dhurandhar is the beginning of the end of regular producers. They made two films within ₹260 crores, with a big star cast, out-of-the-world fights, Ranveer Singh’s luxurious house in the film, and other stunning locations.”

BVS Ravi added, “If it were made here, it would have cost ₹500 crores. The mistake is not with the heroes. Maybe they come late to the sets by an hour, that’s it. We lack planning, and the production timelines get extended here. Everything is about planning.”
