Well known as the Mega daughter, Niharika Konidela is currently quite busy, as her new production Raakaasaa is set to arrive in cinemas on April 3, 2026. Sangeeth Sobhan and Nayan Sarika play the lead roles in this fantasy comedy directed by Manasa Sharma.

Ahead of its release, Niharika announced her next project with her brother Varun Tej. Yadhu Vamsee, known for Committee Kurrollu, will direct the film, which is being made on a pan-Indian scale. Launched a few days ago, the movie is an intense sports drama based on volleyball.

In a recent interview with Variety, Niharika spoke about Bhari. She revealed that the film will be made on a budget of Rs. 60 crore, making it the biggest project under her banner so far. She also mentioned that a Telugu heroine will be part of the film.

The shooting is set to commence in June 2026. More details about the project are yet to be revealed, but Anudeep Dev has been roped in as the music director. The film is being produced under the Pink Elephant Pictures banner.

The much-awaited song shoot of Peddi is set to begin next week, creating fresh buzz around the film. Featuring Ram Charan in the lead, the sports drama is being directed by Buchi Babu Sana, who impressed audiences with his debut film Uppena.

Adding glamour to the project, Mrunal Thakur and Janhvi Kapoor will be seen sizzling in the upcoming song, which is expected to be a visual treat. As per the gossip, choreography will be handled by Sekhar Master, known for delivering energetic chartbusters.

Though the film was initially slated for an April 30 release, industry buzz suggests a possible postponement. With strong talent attached, Peddi continues to build solid anticipation. Stay tuned for more.
