Adivi Sesh’s Dacoit is off to a strong start at the box office. Exceeding estimates, the film posted over ₹16 crores gross worldwide on its opening day, making it the biggest opener of Sesh’s career.
The love-action drama, directed by Shaneil Deo, had a sensational start in North America, earning over $575K. Dacoit is the fastest film of Sesh to surpass the half-million-dollar mark in this territory.

The movie piqued the audience’s interest with its teaser, and Adivi Sesh’s reputation further helped it take an impressive opening. In Hindi, the film collected ₹1.25 crores on Day 1.

Mrunal Thakur played the female lead, and the film is expected to register good numbers over the weekend. Supriya Yarlagadda of Annapurna Studios backed this project.
