After a long hiatus, actor Adivi Sesh returns to the screen with Dacoit, a romantic revenge thriller featuring Mrunal Thakur. The film marks the directorial debut of Shaneil Deo.
Dacoit arrives in theaters in Telugu and Hindi on April 10, 2026. Advance bookings in Hyderabad indicate a massive opening. At AMB Cinemas, five out of five scheduled shows are nearly sold out. A similar trend is visible at ART Cinemas, where four out of five shows are filling rapidly. Additionally, the Prasad’s PCX screen is almost entirely booked.
The production team remains optimistic as the film continues to trend, bolstered by Adivi Sesh’s active promotional efforts. The pre-release event is scheduled for this evening in Hyderabad.
Beyond the lead pair, the cast includes Prakash Raj, Anurag Kashyap, Sunil, and Zayn Marie Khan. The film is produced by Annapurna Studios with a musical score composed by Bheems Ceciroleo.
