Young hero Anand Deverakonda has so far appeared in subtle and subdued roles in Dorasaani and Middle Class Melodies. This morning, he took to Instagram and shared a video of him dancing to the Silakaa song from his upcoming film, Pushpaka Vimanam.

Anand showcased his dancing skills in this special video in which he was seen shaking a leg with his choreographer. Meanwhile, Silakaa, penned, composed and sung by Ram Miriyala, is becoming popular among music lovers.

Geeth Saini and Saanve Megghana are the female leads in Pushpaka Vimanam, which is being directed by debutant Damodara under Vijay Deverakonda’s presentation. The Deverakonda brothers’ father Govardhana Rao Deverakonda is bankrolling the film along with Vijay Mattapally and Pradeep Errabelly.

Superstar Mahesh Babu is the highest followed hero on social media not only in Tollywood but in the entire southern film industry. In a latest feat, the actor has reiterated his popularity yet again, with his official Facebook page clocking over 14 million followers.

And finally, the suspense surrounding the actor who will be playing the main antagonist opposite Allu Arjun in the highly-anticipated pan-India film, Pushpa, has ended. In a massive surprise, acclaimed Malayalam star Fahadh Faasil has been roped in to play Allu Arjun’s nemesis in this Sukumar directorial.

“Our ferocious Pushpraj has an equally fierce opponent,” the makers said, while announcing Mollywood’s Powerhouse Fahadh’s name as the villain of Pushpa. Fahadh is not only popular in Kerala, but he has a huge fan base in South and also in the North. Needless to say, his presence will take Pushpa to the next level.

Pushpa stars young beauty Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. The film is being produced under Mythri Movie Makers banner in association with Muttamsetty Media. DSP is scoring the soundtrack. Pushpa is slated for release on August 13.
