Star hero Pawan Kalyan commenced dubbing for Vakeel Saab on Monday. The latest update is that the Powerstar has wrapped up the dubbing within 6 days. The film will soon wrap up other post-production formalities even as the promotions are going on in full swing for the last few days.

Vakeel Saab marks Pawan Kalyan’s silver screen comeback after 3 years. Pawan plays a Vakeel and he reprises Amitabh Bachchan’s role in this official remake of the acclaimed Bollywood courtroom drama, Pink. Anjali, Nivetha Thomas, Ananya Nagalla and Shruti Haasan play lead roles in this Sriram Venu directorial.

Vakeel Saab is scheduled for release on April 9. Dil Raju and Boney Kapoor are jointly bankrolling the project. Thaman has composed the soundtrack.

Nithiin and Keerthy Suresh’s romantic family entertainer, Rang De, opened to decent reviews yesterday. This Venky Atluri directorial has also registered good collections on its opening day in the twin Telugu states and pocketed a good Rs 4.65 crore share.

The much-awaited poster from Megastar Chiranjeevi and his son Ram Charan’s upcoming social drama, Acharya, is out this morning on the occasion of Charan’s birthday. Dressed in olive green uniform, the father-son duo has rocked the poster as gun wielding Maoists.

Acharya is being directed by star filmmaker Koratala Siva. The film features a temple backdrop and Chiru will be seen as a Maoist turned lecturer in the movie. Kajal Aggarwal and Pooja Hegde are the female leads in this high budget entertainer being produced by Ram Charan and Niranjan Reddy. Manisharma is composing the soundtrack. Acharya is slated to hit screens on May 13th.
