It looks like the leading lady troubles have finally ended for the makers of Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati’s Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake. Until recently, the makers have been trying hard to find a perfect replacement for Sai Pallavi, who couldn’t be part of the film due to dates issues.

Now, the latest reports reveal that talented Malayalam actress Nithya Menen has been approached to play Pawan’sv love interest in this much-awaited multi-starrer. Apparently, even though Nithya has given her nod to be part of the film, she is yet to sign on the dotted line. An official announcement is awaited in this regard.

Talented Kollywood actress Aishwarya Rajesh has already been signed on to play Rana’s love interest in this Saagar K Chandra directorial. Naga Vamsi is bankrolling the project.

Yesterday, the state of Telangana, once again closed the schools and colleges in the wake of growing cases in the state. Since then, news has spread like wildfire that the theatres will also be closed soon.

Responding to this news, the cinematography minister, Talasani Srinivas Yadav has cleared that the government is in no plans to close the theatres and all the news that is coming in is just fake.

Talasani also said that the film workers and industry have already lost a lot due to Corona and the theatres will not be closed in the future and will run according to the COVID norms set by the government.

Sultan is a film that Karthi has pinned a lot of hopes on. The film also marks the debut of Rashmika in Tamil films and today, the makers revealed the trailer.

By the first look itself, we can say that the film is going to be action-packed. It is set in a small town that is dominated by a group of crazy goons and Karthi is trying hard to handle them.

The set up of the goons, the action part, and Rashmika’s entry, everything has been showcased in a massy manner. Rashmika is seen in a traditional role and her chemistry with Karthi looks good.

But like always, Karthi is looking macho and has a solid screen presence with his action and romantic avatar. This one is for the masses. Sultan releases this 2nd of April along with Wild Dog.
