After Obsession, Backrooms is another Hollywood horror film that made a solid impact at the box office this year. Made on a budget of just $10 million, Backrooms earned nearly $400 million worldwide, an extraordinary feat for a low-budget film.
We had already reported that Backrooms would soon be available for streaming on Sony LIV. The latest update reveals that the horror blockbuster will arrive on the OTT platform tomorrow (August 7). The film is currently available on Prime Video but only on a rental basis.

Chiwetel Ejiofor, Renate Reinsve, Mark Duplass, Finn Bennett, and Lukita Maxwell played key roles. Backrooms follows a furniture store operator who discovers an endless array of liminal spaces in the store’s basement. 20-year-old Kane Parsons directed this flick.

The much-awaited teaser of Nani’s The Paradise is finally out, and it has taken the film’s hype to a whole new level. Packed with intense visuals, brutal action, and bloodshed, the teaser has left fans and movie lovers stunned.

Nani’s rugged makeover has grabbed everyone’s attention, while the action blocks and the dark, gritty atmosphere have received widespread praise.

However, a section of fans feels that Anirudh Ravichander’s background score could have been more powerful and expected a stronger musical punch.

Some viewers have also pointed out issues with Nani’s dubbing and the overall sound mixing in the teaser. Despite these minor criticisms, the response has been overwhelmingly positive.

It remains to be seen whether the makers will address the concerns regarding the BGM and sound design before the film’s release.
