Oh Sukumari OTT Release: Aishwarya Rajesh’s Flop Film Locks Premiere Date

Thiruveer and Aishwarya Rajesh-starrer Oh Sukumari ended its theatrical run as a box-office disappointment. Directed by Bharat Dharshan, the comedy-drama was released in cinemas on July 17, 2026.

The film is now set for its digital premiere on Amazon Prime Video. Beginning August 7, 2026, Oh Sukumari will be available for streaming in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

With its OTT debut, the film will be hoping to find a better response from home viewers after its underwhelming theatrical performance.

Apart from the lead pair, the cast includes Jhansi, Muralidhar Goud, Anand, Aamani, and Srinivas Gavireddy in key supporting roles. Maheshwara Reddy Mooli has produced the film.

DC Telugu Version Gets ‘A’ Certificate, Decent Runtime Locked

Lokesh Kanagaraj is testing his luck as a protagonist with DC, a crime action drama co-starring Bollywood actress Wamiqa Gabbi. Directed by Arun Matheswaran and produced by Sun Pictures, the film is set to hit theatres on August 7, 2026.

DC is also getting a Telugu release, and the latest update is that its Telugu version has been awarded an ‘A’ certificate by the CBFC. The revenge drama has also locked a decent runtime of 2 hours and 22 minutes.

So far, much of the film’s buzz has been driven by Anirudh Ravichander’s music. With multiple films releasing on the same Friday, positive word of mouth will be crucial for DC to make an impact at the Telugu box office.
