Rumours have been doing the rounds that Venkatesh’s Aadarsha Kutumbam House No. 47, popularly referred to as AK47, could be postponed once again. The Trivikram Srinivas directorial was initially scheduled to hit theatres on October 2, 2026, before being pushed to October 9.
However, the latest buzz about another postponement appears to be unfounded. The makers have kick-started the film’s offline and online promotional campaign, with the first single released today. Overseas bookings have also opened, further indicating that the film is gearing up for its scheduled theatrical release.
With the promotional campaign now underway, the makers are expected to roll out more updates and promotional material in the coming days as they build momentum ahead of the release.
Apart from Venkatesh, the film features Srinidhi Shetty, Nivetha Pethuraj, Dimple Hayathi, Nara Rohith, Pujitha Ponnada, Rao Ramesh, Satya and others in key roles. Haarika & Hassine Creations is backing the project, while Thaman is composing the music.
