The postponement of Yash’s Toxic has led to several films reshuffling their release dates across industries. In Tollywood, Pawan Kalyan’s Ustaad Bhagat Singh has grabbed the vacated slot, forcing another Telugu film to change its release plans.
The film in question is Band Melam. Earlier, the makers reaffirmed its release on March 13, 2026, amid postponement rumours. However, with the Pawan Kalyan starrer advancing its date, the team has now decided to release the film on March 26, 2026. An official announcement was made along with a new release date poster.
Harsh Roshan and Sridevi Apalla play the lead roles in the film, directed by Sathish Javvaji. Sai Kumar appears as the heroine’s father. Band Melam is produced by Kavya and Shravya under the Kona Film Corporation banner, with music composed by Vijay Bulganin.
