The film wrapped up its opening weekend on a strong note. According to the makers, it grossed Rs. 40.1 crore worldwide in its first three days. The numbers mark one of the biggest openings of Kiran Abbavaram’s career.
The team recently celebrated the film’s success. Sri Gouri Priya has also won praise for her performance, which has been one of the film’s highlights.
With Monday off to a positive start, Chennai Love Story is expected to cross the Rs. 50 crore mark within the next couple of days. The film is produced by Sai Rajesh and SKN, while Mani Sharma has composed the music.
