Released on January 12, Venkatesh and Varun Tej’s multi-starrer, Fun and Frustration, surprised fans and trade circles by surpassing the rare $2 million milestone in the US. The film, until 10:45 PM EST on Monday, collected $11,530, taking its latest US gross to $2,063,381.
On the other hand, Akhil Akkineni’s much-awaited romantic entertainer, Mr Majnu, has turned out to be yet another disappointing venture in his career. The film could collect just $7,240 until 10:45 PM EST on Monday. Mr Majnu’s updated US gross is $210,805. Stay tuned for further box-office updates.
