Starring Kiku Yanamala and Kashish Khan in the lead roles, Kiku Chiranjeevi is directed by Shubha Sai Venkat and produced by Deepti Nadiminti. The survival drama thriller follows Kiku Yanamala’s character, who has dextrocardia, a condition in which the heart is located on the right side of the chest. He faces a fight for survival while being pursued by multiple gangs.
The supporting cast includes Easwari Rao, Tanikella Bharani, Goparaju Ramana, Srikanth Iyengar, Viva Raghava and others, while Shekar Chandra has composed the music. It remains to be seen whether its unique concept and promotional strategy can help the film connect with audiences and make an impact.
