One of the most stunning and talented actress, Shruthi Haasan celebrates her 27th birthday today. Born to the famous actors Kamal Haasan and Sarika, Shruthi was born and brought up in Chennai. After singing and acting as a child artist in some of her fathers films, Shruthi studied psychology in Mumbai, and later on moved to the US to study music.
Shruthi made her acting debut with the Bollywood film Luck.. Though her debut film did not bring her much luck, Shruthi made her foray into Tamil and Telugu films. She made her Tollywood debut with the prestigious Disney adventure Anaganaga O Dheerudu. As even this film did not bring her success, Shruthi went on to continue doing films down south.
It was with the release of Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh, that Shruthi tasted huge success and became an over night sensation. She went on to give super hits in the form of Balupu and Yevadu this year.
