Young and promising actor Ashwin Babu will be next seen in an action thriller Hidimbha directed by Aneel Kanneganti. Gangapatnam Sridhar is producing the film under the banner of Sri Vignesh Karthik Cinemas (SVK Cinemas). Anil Sunkara of AK Entertainments is presenting it. Today Supreme Hero Sai Dharam Tej launched the film’s theatrical trailer.
The movie is set in two different timelines, and the visuals look superb. The trailer begins with Britishers taking Indian prisoners on a boat in the Bay of Bengal in 1908. Cut to the present, back-to-back missing cases become a hot topic in Hyderabad city, and there is severe pressure on the police and Home Minister. The kidnapper follows a pattern of red, and he wears a mask of a goat with four horns.
What is the kidnapper’s motive, and what’s the connection between the missing cases with what happened in 1908? The movie will have the answers. Aneel Kanneganti’s intense work can be witnessed in every frame, and he seems to have come up with an interesting concept with thrilling elements. The trailer is very much impressive.
Ashwin Babu is good as a police offer, and his character has different shades. His physique looked apt for the role. Nandita Sweta played his love interest, and she is also a police officer. Vikas Badisa’s background score takes the visuals to the next level. Technically, the trailer is fantastic, and B Rajasekar’s camera work deserves special mention, as the color pattern differs for the two eras. The makers will announce the release date very soon.
