Spirit is one of the most anticipated Telugu films, bringing together Prabhas and Sandeep Reddy Vanga for the first time. Triptii Dimri plays the female lead in this cop action drama.
The film recently found itself at the center of speculation after reports claimed the makers had approached Katrina Kaif for a pivotal cameo. The rumours also suggested that the actress had laid down a few conditions before signing on.
However, sources close to the team dismissed the rumours as baseless, clarifying that no discussions have taken place with Katrina Kaif. Any updates regarding the cast will be announced by the makers at the appropriate time.
The shoot is over 40% complete and is currently underway in Hyderabad. The film also features Vivek Oberoi, Aishwarya Desai, Kanchana, and others in key roles.
Produced by T-Series in association with Bhadrakali Pictures, Spirit has music by Harshavardhan Rameshwar and is slated for a multilingual theatrical release on March 5, 2027.
