Popular comedian Getup Srinu of Jabardast fame will soon be seen in a lead role in the upcoming movie, Raju Yadav. The film is slated for release on May 17, and the promotions are going on in full swing.
Meanwhile, Getup Srinu and his Jabardast co-stars Sudigali Sudheer and Ram Prasad’s recent campaign for Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan in Pithapuram ahead of the upcoming general elections became a hot topic. Actress, former Jabardast judge, and YSRCP minister Roja heavily criticized the Jabardast stars’ campaign for Pawan Kalyan. Roja alleged that the three comedians were pressurized by the Mega family.
However, in a latest interview during Raju Yadav promotions, Getup Srinu clarified that he, Sudigali Sudheer and Ram Prasad had campaigned for Pawan Kalyan only out of love for the Power Star. He also stated that no one has pressurized them, and in fact, it was they who called the Janasena leaders to be part of their election campaign.
