After the blockbuster Karuppu, Suriya will next be seen in the family drama Viswanath & Sons. Directed by Lucky Baskhar fame Venky Atluri, the movie features Mamitha Baiju as the female lead. In a recent interview, the director revealed an interesting detail about the film’s development.
“One of the most important narrations of Viswanath & Sons was to Jyothika ma’am. She loved the subject and was especially pleased with the first half. Jyothika ma’am gave a few suggestions. I narrated the script to many people, but the feedback I received from her was very helpful. I’ll reveal the changes she suggested after the film releases,” said Venky Atluri.
Will Jyothika’s suggestions ultimately benefit the film? We’ll have to wait and see. Viswanath & Sons is produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Studios. GV Prakash Kumar composed the tunes. The movie will hit the big screens on August 14.
