Mega Prince Varun Tej and Merlapaka Gandhi have teamed up for Korean Kanakaraju, and the horror comedy is enjoying a successful run at the box office. The film has grossed around Rs. 20 crore worldwide, marking a strong start for the Varun Tej starrer.

The film has also crossed $250K gross mark in the USA, with the overseas run continuing to gain traction. The positive word of mouth is helping the film sustain its momentum, while the absence of major Telugu competition gives it a clear window to add more to its tally.

Ritika Nayak, Satya, Srinivas Avasarala, and others play key supporting roles in the film. Produced by UV Creations in association with First Frame Entertainments, Korean Kanakaraju has music composed by Thaman.
