Megastar Chiranjeevi and director Bobby have reunited for their second collaboration with the action entertainer tentatively titled Mega158. The film has completed its first schedule, while the second schedule is currently in progress.
On Father’s Day, Bobby shared a few pictures from the sets as Ram Charan dropped by to spend time with his father. Interestingly, while the photographs quickly went viral among fans, Chiranjeevi himself was absent from every frame, prompting speculation on social media.
The reason appears to be a deliberate one. The team is said to be taking special care to keep Chiranjeevi’s look under wraps. Sources indicate that the Megastar underwent extensive look tests before a final design was locked, with the makers keen on preserving the surprise until the right moment.
Given the attention surrounding the project, the team reportedly believes the reveal will have a greater impact if saved for a dedicated promotional campaign rather than casually appearing in behind-the-scenes photographs.
The film stars Anaswara Rajan and Nivetha Pethuraj, while Priyamani is also said to be part of the cast. Backed by KVN Productions in its maiden Tollywood venture, the big-budget entertainer will feature music composed by Thaman.
