There were media reports that the Kalki 2898 AD team will announce the release date tomorrow. The production house has now officially confirmed that a special update will be revealed tomorrow at 7:15 PM. The social media caption of Vyjayanthi Movies read: “The time has come to know who he is.” Further, a poster of the legendary Amitabh Bachchan was attached.
It seems that update will be regarding Amitabh’s character, and we need to wait till tomorrow to know what it is. Currently, the entire nation is engulfed in IPL mania, and hence, the makers decided to release the update on Star Sports India channel. This is a solid move, as the movie will get more visibility.
This Prabhas starrer is being directed by Nag Ashwin. It also features Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani in pivotal roles. Aswani Dutt is bankrolling this big-ticket entertainer, while Santosh Narayanan is composing the tunes.
