As per the latest information listed on BookMyShow, Namit Malhotra’s Ramayana has received a clean ‘U’ certificate, meaning unrestricted public exhibition. However, the censor certificate for the feature film is yet to be available on the CBFC website.

According to the ticketing platform, the runtime of the epic is 3 hours and 15 minutes. The final details regarding the censor certificate and duration are expected to be close to what BookMyShow has mentioned.

The lengthy runtime is justified given the vastness of the subject. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the movie stars Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, and Sai Pallavi in the lead roles. AR Rahman and Hans Zimmer have composed the music. The movie opens in cinemas on November 5.
