Vijay Deverakonda is testing his luck with Ranabaali, a period action drama directed by Rahul Sankrityan. Rashmika plays the female lead, and the team is actively promoting the film.

In an interview, Vijay Deverakonda revealed that Ranabaali’s rough cut was around 3 hours and 20 minutes long, but after proper editing, the runtime was brought down to 2 hours and 50 minutes.

The screenplay needs to be highly gripping, given that the duration is nearly three hours. Mythri Movie Makers has backed Ranabaali on a massive budget, and the film features music by Ajay-Atul.
