Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is all set to turn director with her debut film Saraswathi, an emotional thriller slated for release on March 6, 2026.

The film has already created curiosity with its intense trailer and intriguing theme. At the pre-release event, senior star actress Simran showered praise on Varalaxmi.

She said she loved the trailer and was deeply intrigued by the film’s concept. Simran also mentioned that Varalaxmi’s parents had brought her up well and expressed surprise at her directorial talent after watching a few rushes from the film.
