Janhvi Kapoor is making her Telugu debut with the film Devara, which features Jr NTR in the lead role. The first song from the film will be out on May 19th, which also marks Jr NTR’s birthday.
Apart from this film, Janhvi is also gearing up for the release of her new movie Mr & Mrs Mahi, which also co-stars Rajkumar Rao in a lead role. The film is all set to release on May 31st.
The trailer has caught the imagination of many, as Janhvi Kapoor is seen as a female cricketer in the film. She has been practicing the game for a long time, and speaking at the song launch of the film, Janhvi Kapoor said that she dislocated both her shoulders during the film’s preparation.
Mr & Mrs Mahi is the story of a failed cricketer who decides to train his wife and make her a member of the Indian cricket team. Abhishek Nayar directs the film.
