Hero Sudheer Babu is said to be playing a cop in Nani’s 25th film, V. He is chiseling a ripped body to look convincing in his role. The actor took to Twitter this evening and revealed a couple of pictures which are taken before and after his impressive makeover.
Within just 25 days, Sudheer has lost over 8.2 kgs and is looking fit in a toned body. Sudheer revealed that he could pull off this feat thanks to structured home made food, no fancy supplements, 45 mins strength training four times a week, zero cardio under his trainer’s supervision. Usually, this transformation takes 45 days, but Sudheer achieved it in 25 days with his dedication.
