Telugu film bags 3 National Awards

The Central Government has announced the 61st National Awards and this time, a Telugu Film has bagged awards in three categories. The movie is ‘Naa Bangaru Thalli’ and it has bagged awards in ‘Best Telugu Film’, ‘Best Background Score’ and ‘Special Mention’ categories.

‘Ship of Theseus’ won the Best Feature Film award and ‘Bhaag Milka Bhaag’ bagged the award for Best Popular Film providing entertainment. ‘Naa Bangaru Thalli’ has been directed by Rajesh Touchriver. Sunitha Krishnan is the producer and the film deals with human trafficking.
