Streaming platform ZEE5 is coming up with a political web series named Thalaimai Seyalagam. National Award-winning director Vasanthabalan helmed the series, which was produced by Radhika Sarathukumar under Radaan Mediaworks. Thalaimai Seyalagam will be available for streaming from May 17.
The makers are promoting the show quite well, and today, they launched the Telugu trailer. The trailer opens with a dialogue that politics is intoxicating even more than tea, coffee, or liquor. The Chief Minister faces an allegation that he is behind the corruption that happened in a car company. Shreya Reddy says the central government uses corruption allegations to control state politics. Ramya Nambessan is shown as an influential person of the opposition party.
The trailer clearly shows that the series highlights power politics set against the Tamil Nadu backdrop. The storyline is interesting, and it promises an intense drama ahead. Kishore, Aditya Menon, Bharath, Kani Kusruti, Niroop Nandakumar, Darsha Gupta, and Sarah Black essayed important roles.
