Young and promising actor Sundeep Kishan has collaborated with talented director VI Anand for a unique fantasy adventure film titled Ooru Peru Bhairavakona. The female leads in this film are Varsha Bollamma and Kavya Thapar. The filmmakers have unveiled a behind-the-scenes making video where the team shares their experiences during the movie’s production. The visuals in the making video are also captivating.
Director VI Anand described Ooru Peru Bhairavakona as a magical realism film. He stated, “This movie combines magical fantasy elements with the real world. Most of the story unfolds at night, making it challenging to shoot in natural lighting. Sundeep Kishan takes on the complex character of Basava Lingam, which has different layers. The film revolves around the war between love and hatred.”
Anil Sunkara praised director VI Anand for his visionary storytelling. “Anand’s narration is always powerful. The visuals in the movie are more impactful than the narration.”
Producer Razesh Danda highlighted, “Bhairavakona village itself is a major highlight. Kavya Thapar plays an entertaining role. The love story between Sundeep and Varsha and the fantasy elements add to the film’s highlights.”
Editor Chota K Prasad and cinematographer Raj Thota revealed that the movie was exclusively shot in moonlight and firelight. They explained, “The worlds of day and night are distinct. The movie incorporates elements of love, action, drama, etc. It’s a 100% theatrical experience.”
Ooru Peru Bhairavakona, produced under the Hasya Movies banner, with Anil Sunkara proudly presenting it under the AK Entertainments banner, is in the final stages of post-production. The release date will be announced very soon.
