According to Vishwak Sen, the film can be remade if some changes are made to its script. Na Alludu also starred Shreya Saran, Genelia, and Ramya Krishna in key roles, and it ended up as a massive failure at the box office. However, Vishwak Sen feels that the remake has the potential to strike a chord with the audience if sufficient care is taken.
