Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam: The Conclusion is set to open in cinemas on October 2. The team launched the theatrical trailer at a special event in Goa, during which Ajay Devgn made some interesting comments.

“Our film is entirely different from the Malayalam Drishyam 3. It’s not like we made certain changes. The story is new. I want Lal sir (Mohanlal) and their team to see our film. Because if they give approval (if they love the movie), it will make me very happy. I am dying to show it to them,” said Ajay Devgn.

The trailer already hinted that the Hindi version features a different story. With Ajay Devgn now confirming the same, the movie won’t carry the remake baggage any longer, which should enhance its box office potential. Also, it has been confirmed that Drishyam: The Conclusion will be the final installment of the franchise.
