Oka Manasu :
After whirlwind promotions and sparking off a decent pre-release buzz, the Naga Shaurya and Mega Princess Niharika starrer Oka Manasu released on the 24th of June. Oka Manasu got mixed reviews and registered average collections in most of the screens.
No 1st position at the box office. .
The biggest asset to Oka Manasu is the fresh casting. Naga Shaurya and Niharika's on-screen chemistry worked in the film's favour. The film was appreciated by everyone for the poignant performances from its lead cast. The dialogues are intense and songs are shot beautifully.
The film's snail paced narration tests the audience's patience. Lack of a solid conflict and drama are yet another major issues that hamper the viewers' experience. The film looks outdated and the overall proceedings give a feeling of the 90's movie.
