Popular streaming platform Aha has now come up with the sequel to its web series “3 Roses.” The first volume of the second season is now available for streaming. Eesha Rebba, Raashi Singh, and Kushitha Kallapu played the lead roles. Let’s see how the series is.

Story:

Rithika alias Rithu (Eesha Rebba), Meghana (Raashi Singh), and Srasti (Kushita) live together. Meghana is divorced and hides this truth from her family. Srasti wants to meet and date new people. On the professional front, all three give it their all for their new ad agency. In this context, Prasad (Viva Harsha), who is familiar with Reethu, hands them a project.
What kind of problems do the trio face in completing the project? How do they overcome them? What is the truth they learn about Prasad? These questions form the crux of the story.

Plus Points:

The way the lead characters are introduced is quite good. The backstories of the leads are sure to appeal to the audience. The trio’s mischief, their chemistry, and their efforts to keep the company afloat are entertaining.

Eesha Rebba and Raashi Singh delivered good performances. Satya takes care of the comedy department. On the other hand, Harsha Chemudu, a.k.a. Viva Harsha, impresses with his histrionics. As a fun-loving and immature girl, Kushita evokes decent laughs.

The dark comedy scenes click to an extent. Some fun scenes involving Prabhas Sreenu, in particular, are passable. The comedy generated against the party backdrop came out well. The twist revealed at the end of the four episodes is neatly presented and raises curiosity about the upcoming episodes.

Minus Points:

The new edition features characters from the first instalment, but they are not utilized well, which comes across as a disappointment. Reetu’s character had more scope, and the makers should have expanded her role. The same goes for Meghana’s character.

While most of the trio’s antics are entertaining, Srasti’s actions sometimes become irritating. Prabhas Sreenu’s track is handled well, but due to the nature of the comedy, it might not appeal to everyone.
Bringing Manu’s character for Reethu doesn’t quite hit the mark, as their scenes feel slightly dragged. His role should have been written in a better and more engaging manner. Even in the party episode, the inclusion of a few more funny elements would have helped the show leave a better impact. It also feels like the other artists were not utilized to their full potential.

Technical Aspects:

Director Kiran Karavalla did a decent job. The dark comedy scenes and Satya’s track are neatly handled. However, there are also aspects that leave a lot to be desired. Cinematography by Shakti Aravind is good, while the music by Ajay Arasad is fine. The editing needed some fine-tuning. Production values are good.

Verdict:

On the whole, the four-episode first volume of 3 Roses Season 2 works to an extent. Eesha Rebba, Raashi Singh, and Kushita Kallapu are good in their roles. Satya and Harsha entertain with their comedy. However, dragged scenes, underutilization of a few actors, and some irritating moments are the key drawbacks. Those who like comedy entertainers can give this series a try, but it is advised to watch it without high expectations.

Paanch-Minar

Movie Name : Paanch Minar

Release Date : Nov 21, 2025
123telugu.com Rating : 2.75/5
Starring : Raj Tarun, Rashi Singh, Ajay Ghosh, Brahmaji, Srinivasa Reddy, Sudharshan
Director : Ram Kadumula
Producers : Madhavi & MSM Reddy
Music Director : Shekar Chandra
Cinematographer : Aditya Javvadi
Editor :  Prawin Pudi

Raj Tarun’s latest film Paanch Minar has arrived in theatres, featuring Rashi Singh as the female lead in a crime-comedy setup. Here is our take on how it unfolds.

Story:

Krishna Chaitanya, also known as Kittu (Raj Tarun), loses five lakh rupees in a bitcoin scam and takes up cab driving to recover his losses. During one ride, two contract killers murder their targets, and although Kittu escapes, he unintentionally triggers trouble from the killers, local rowdy Murthy (Ajay Ghosh), and CI Aiyer (Nithin Prasanna), who now wants him dead. What Kittu did to provoke them and what Paanch Minar ultimately signifies forms the rest of the story.

Plus Points:

Raj Tarun takes on a light comedic role and handles it comfortably. His reactions in tense moments work well, and his comedy generates consistent laughs whenever the writing gives him room.

Ajay Ghosh gets a partly serious, partly quirky role and he manages the balance effectively. Brahmaji is adequate, and Sudarshan contributes whenever the film needs a bit of comedic lift. The rest of the cast performs within the scope given.

The second half is narrated more smoothly, and the humour in serious situations lands better here due to improved pacing and more focused writing.

Minus Points:

The story is predictable and follows a familiar pattern, and although the comedy keeps the film from becoming dull, the narrative offers nothing fresh. The director could have added more engaging twists to elevate the experience and keep viewers invested.

Rashi Singh looks fine, but her character has very limited scope, and Brahmaji too feels underutilised despite his presence. Their roles lack weight and leave no impact.

The second half is better than the first, but it still contains scenes that feel unnecessary or forced. Certain comedic portions fall flat, and the absence of emotional depth limits how well the crime-comedy blend comes together.

Technical Aspects:

Ramesh Kadumula opts for a safe approach in both writing and presentation, delivering a familiar narrative in a clean but risk-free manner. His writing provides a few entertaining moments, yet the absence of strong turns and surprising shifts reduces overall engagement. It feels competent but not fully realised.

Aditya Javvadi’s cinematography is neat, and Shekar Chandra’s music is passable. Prawin Pudi’s editing strengthens the latter half and keeps the film moving. Gorijala Sudhakar’s dialogues add humour at the right moments. Production values are adequate for the film’s scale.

Verdict:

On the whole, Paanch Minar is a crime comedy that works in a few moments, supported mainly by the performances and scattered humour. The film lacks a strong story and better utilisation of its cast, which limits its overall impact. Raj Tarun’s comedy works, and Sudarshan, Brahmaji, and Ajay Ghosh provide occasional laughs. If you are looking for light entertainment with minimal expectations, the film works to an extent, but expecting sharp twists or inventive writing will leave you disappointed.

Talented actor Naveen Chandra’s latest thriller, Blind Spot, is among the films that released in theaters this weekend. Check out our review to see how the movie fares.

Story:
Jayaram (Ravi Varma), a businessman from Hyderabad, quarrels with his wife, Divya (Rashi Singh), quite often. One day, after an argument, Divya allegedly dies by suicide under mysterious circumstances. Their maid Saraswati informs police officer Vikram (Naveen Chandra) about the incident. Vikram suspects it’s not a suicide but a murder. Who committed the murder? What was Divya’s mental condition? And how does the truth unfold in the end? Watch Blind Spot in cinemas to discover the truth.

Positive Points:
Blind Spot begins well and maintains a decent pace for the most time. The narrative meticulously sows suspicion on various characters, and a few twists were executed well. Naveen Chandra, as usual, comes up with a solid performance. He fits well in the role of a police officer on a mission, displaying good screen presence.

Ali Reza gets a meaty role, and the climax features a well-executed fight sequence and a twist that works well. Rashi Singh is convincing in her role and performs well. Ravi Varma and Gayathri Bhargavi also do justice to their roles.

Negative Points:

Blind Spot ends up being just another routine crime drama, similar to several movies that came before. Except for a couple of twists, the narrative doesn’t hold interest and feels simplistic and predictable.

Many scenes are too predictable. The logic and emotions in certain parts fall flat. Naveen Chandra’s character finds a crucial clue and promptly resolves the case, which is silly and illogical. Even the flashback episode lacks impact. The film ends up being formulaic and unoriginal due to such flaws.

Technical Aspects:

The production values are good, and the overall setup is decent. Sriram Madduri’s music is quite impressive, especially the background score, which enhances several crucial scenes. Darshan Ambat’s cinematography is praiseworthy. However, Satya G could have been a bit sharper on the edit table. Director Rakesh Varma doesn’t leave a lasting impression. He chose an ordinary murder mystery and struggled to pen an engaging screenplay throughout, barring a few scenes.

Verdict:

On the whole, Blind Spot ends up being a routine and predictable crime investigation drama. The performances by the lead actors are decent, and a couple of twists are well-executed. However, the film lacks engaging content and fizzles out soon without leaving a strong impression.
