Actress Aishwarya Rajesh scored a massive blockbuster with Sankranthiki Vasthunam, headlined by Victory Venkatesh. In a recent interaction with the media, the actress spoke about how special the film’s success is to her.
She said, “Though my mother tongue is Telugu, I have had my biggest hits in Tamil and Malayalam. I did over 35 films in Tamil. I was worried about not having a massive hit in Telugu. My long wait has finally ended with Sankranthiki Vasthunnam. Anil garu gave me a beautiful character. Now, everyone recognizes me as Bhagyam wherever I go. I am very cautious about Telugu films now. I don’t want to disappoint audiences.”
Aishwarya added. “I have signed two new projects, and I hope Telugu audiences will love them. I am open to doing female-centric movies, but pulling audiences is extremely difficult. We need to come up with an extraordinary subject, and then only people will come.”
