Released in 1994, the soundtrack of Bombay, composed by AR Rahman, took the entire nation by storm. The hit song Humma Humma was especially a rage those days. Now, Humma Humma has been recreated in OK Jaanu.
Popular rapper Badshah has recently recorded a special remix version of Humma Humma with a completely new sound. This, according to the makers of OK Jaanu, is a tribute to AR Rahman. OK Jaanu is the Hindi remake of Mani Ratnam’s OK Bangaram.
Starring Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor, OK Jaanu has been directed by Mani’s AD Shaad Ali and produced by Karan Johar. The film is slated to release on January 13, 2017.
