A strike in Tollywood unions is threatening some big Sankranthi releases with postponement. The strike is being done by film federation unions about wages and inclusion of foreigners in shoots.
The standoff between producers and unions is threatening Pawan Kalyan – Venky’s ‘Gopala Gopala’ and NTR’s ‘Temper’. The movie are in last stages but if strike doesn’t end soon, both films will miss the Sankranthi season.
Negotiations are currently going on and some decision could be taken this week. Let us hope the issue gets resolved peacefully and quickly for the sake of movie lovers.
