Actor Madhavan turned writer and director for Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, a film based on the life of Nambi Narayanan, a former ISRO scientist, who was accused of espionage and also arrested in 1994.
Now, the latest update about the biographical movie is that it will hit the screens worldwide on July 1, 2022. Madhavan took to social media and released a glimpse to announce the date. The trailer, which was released last year, impressed the audiences and made them wait to know the tale of an Indian scientist who loves his country to the core.
Simran Bagga, Rajit Kapur, Misha Ghoshal, Ravi Raghavendra, Gulshan Grover, Karthik Kumar and Dinesh Prabhakar and others played key roles in this movie which has the cameos of Shah Rukh Khan and Suriya.
Produced by Tricolour films, Varghese Moolan Pictures and 27th Investments, Rocketry will be released in Hindi, Telugu, English, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.
