Tollywood director Tharun Bhascker has taken on the role of the protagonist in Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi, the official Telugu adaptation of the Mollywood blockbuster Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey (2022). The rom-com entertainer features Eesha Rebba as the female lead.
A. R. Sajeev makes his directorial debut with this film. The teaser, unveiled a few days ago, promised a fun, breezy entertainer. Initially, the makers planned to release the film on January 23, but as per the latest update, it will release on January 30. Tharun Bhascker plays Ambati Omkar Naidu, who runs a fishery.
Rohini and Brahmaji feature in key roles. Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi is bankrolled by Srujan Yarabolu under the S Originals banner, in collaboration with Movie Verse Studios’ Aditya Pittie, Vivek Krishnani, Anup Chandrasekaran, Sadhik Shaik, and Naveen Sanivarapu.
