Successful South Indian director Atlee is currently busy with the shooting of his new project, tentatively titled AA22, which is being made under the Sun Pictures banner. Allu Arjun plays the lead in the film, with Deepika Padukone as the female lead.
During a recent interaction with a leading media house at the World Pickleball League (WPL) match, Atlee spoke about AA22. He said that Deepika Padukone is his lucky charm and mentioned that this is his second film with the star heroine. Speaking about her role, Atlee revealed that she will be seen in a completely different avatar and is expected to surprise fans.
When asked for an update on the film, Atlee said that he and his team are working sleepless nights on the project and are preparing something interesting. “Just wait for it. You are going to enjoy it to the max,” the director said.
