Tamil star Karthi and director P. S. Mithran have teamed up once again for the much-awaited spy action thriller Sardar 2. The film, a sequel to the 2022 blockbuster Sardar, has been carrying huge expectations ever since its announcement. The makers have now unveiled the teaser, and it looks superb.
In the teaser, Karthi appears in a powerful action-packed avatar, leaving fans thrilled. Going by the visuals, Mithran seems to have mounted the sequel on a much grander scale than the first installment, with high-voltage action sequences and engaging drama. The presence of versatile actor S. J. Suryah as the antagonist, incredible visuals, stunning action, and Sam C. S.’s thunderous background score emerge as the major highlights.
Malavika Mohanan and Ashika Ranganath play the female leads in this PAN-India entertainer. S. Lakshman Kumar and Ishan Saksena produced it on a massive budget. Yogi Babu and Rajisha Vijayan will be seen in other key roles. The movie hits the big screens on September 10, 2026.
