Lavanya Tripathi Konidela will next be seen in the family drama Sathi Leelavathi, which is set to hit cinemas on May 8. The film stars Malayalam actor Dev Mohan as the male lead and is directed by Tatineni Satya of Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu and Shiva Manasulo Shruti fame.
The makers unveiled the theatrical trailer today, and it highlights Lavanya as a tough wife with an aggressive avatar. Leelavathi (Lavanya) marries Ram Sethu (Dev Mohan), and their married life initially progresses well. However, a U-turn occurs when Leela discovers Ram’s relationship with another woman, Nichola Sebastian, played by Madonna Sebastian.
Ram Sethu seeks a divorce, but Leela says no to it and takes matters into her own hands, leading to a series of chaotic yet entertaining situations. Leela even kidnaps Ram and starts attacking him for the pain he inflicted. The trailer promises a breezy family entertainer packed with elements such as humor, emotion, and energetic moments, powered by Lavanya’s striking performance.
Aanandi Art Creations presents the film, which is jointly produced by Nagamohan Babu M and Rajesh T under the Durgadevi Pictures and Trio Studios banners. Naresh Vijayakrishna, Sapthagiri, and others play key roles, while Micky J Meyer composes the music.
