Kalyan_Ram

Nandamuri Kalyan Ram will next be seen in the high-voltage emotional action drama, Arjun S/o Vyjayanthi. The film, which marks Kalyan Ram’s 21st project, is scheduled to hit theaters in summer. The film’s teaser will be out in a few hours. National Award-winning actress Vijayashanthi plays a key role in the movie.

The promotions for Arjun S/o Vyjayanthi kicked off recently, and Kalyan Ram revealed the interesting idea behind the origination of Arjun S/o Vyjayanthi. “Our movie is inspired by Vijayashanthi garu’s iconic cop drama, Karthavyam. What if Vijayashanthi garu’s IPS character in Karthavyam had a son? We developed Arjun S/o Vyjayanthi’s story based on this point. Vijayashanthi garu is the main essence and soul of our movie,” said the Nandamuri actor.

Kalyan Ram went on to reveal that he plays Vijayashanthi’s son in Arjun S/o Vyjayanthi. “We both share a very close bond in the movie. What causes a rift in our relationship? – this forms the main crux of the story. I adore Vijayashanthi garu very much. I address her as Amma,” he added.

Arjun S/o Vyjayanthi has Bollywood stars Sohail Khan and Saiee Manjrekar in lead roles. The film is being directed by young filmmaker Pradeep Chilukuri and produced jointly by Muppa Venkaiah Chowdary, Sunil Balusu, Ashok Vardhan Muppa, and Kalyan Ram. Kantara fame Ajaneesh Loknath is the film’s music composer.
